Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all orders. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team via email: adolphuswebb372660@outlook.com. We will provide you with the designated return shipping address for your submission. Please note that unrequested, unsolicited returns will not be accepted or processed.

Damages & Product Issues

Kindly inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and take full responsibility to resolve it properly.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following categories of items are not eligible for returns due to product characteristics:
  • Perishable goods, including food, fresh flowers and live plants
  • Customized and personalized products made per special orders
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
  • Discounted sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To receive your desired product in the quickest way, we recommend submitting a return for your original item first. Once your return is verified and approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item you prefer.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For all orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you may cancel or return your order for any reason without providing additional justification. The same return eligibility criteria apply: items must be unused, unmarked, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by valid purchase proof.

Refund Processing

We will inspect your returned item upon receipt and send you a notification to inform you of the refund approval result. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after our approval, please contact our support team for follow-up assistance.
