1. General Shipping Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Woofpetstore website. All shipping services are provided exclusively for customer personal and household use. By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Flat Shipping Rate
We apply a fixed flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all eligible domestic orders, regardless of order value, item quantity or package weight. This standard shipping fee covers regular ground shipping services to all supported delivery regions. No additional handling fees or hidden surcharges will be applied under normal circumstances.
Please note that expedited shipping, international shipping, remote area delivery or special oversized/overweight items may incur additional charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment verification. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays and statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
We reserve a reasonable processing delay right during peak sales seasons, promotional events, inventory updates or unexpected system maintenance periods. We will not be liable for minor processing delays within the above time range.
4. Delivery Time & Estimated Transit Period
Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days for delivery after order processing and shipment. All delivery times are estimated values only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier logistics issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, regional transportation restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control. Woofpetstore shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses or additional fees caused by third-party shipping carriers or force majeure events.
5. Shipping Process & Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and shipping details. You can monitor your package delivery status in real time via the official carrier tracking system.
After the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the ownership and risk of loss or damage of the goods shall transfer to the customer. Any logistics problems such as package delay, loss or damage during transportation shall be resolved by the customer with the carrier directly with our necessary assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to supported regions specified on our checkout page. We do not support shipping to PO boxes, military addresses or restricted areas in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders with invalid or undeliverable shipping addresses.
7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect customer address, unsuccessful delivery, unclaimed parcel or customer refusal to receive, the resulting return shipping fee and secondary shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. We will only reship the order after the customer settles the additional freight charges.
8. Policy Updates
Woofpetstore reserves the right to update, modify or adjust this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any policy changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website.
